My very own food blog...

Yep, I'm gonna do it.  I love having my family blog and I love blogging about food....so  www.bakemybiscuits.blogspot.com has been born...  :-)  Yipppeeeeee!!!  Oh and a post about our adventures with Grandma Goodman are coming soon. 

In keeping with previous traditions...

Nate and I are getting a free couch!  We figured we would just save up and buy a new one because we didn't take our old ones.  I want to buy our own that I choose!  Well, it looks like that might be a while so some friends we made here wanted to get rid of the old one they have and are going to give it to us until we can save up to buy our own.  I'm thankful to have a couch....even if it's used....again....

These kids were at Conner's 5th birthday party last year.  We miss them like crazy!  Here's to old friends and new ones!  We LOVE them all!!

This morning

when Conner woke up he gave me a big hug and asked for an apple.  I gave him an apple and he said, smiling, "Mom, I adore you!"  That kid is so darn sweet!
